With 15 years of experience in the industry, I have dedicated myself to capturing timeless, joyful, and soulful images that reflect the authenticity of my clients. I am deeply passionate about telling stories through my photographs and creating a visual legacy that will be cherished for generations.
I have had the privilege of documenting weddings all over the world, from Australia to Mexico, Italy to Spain, and many more destinations. However, I am most often found in the beautiful county of Donegal, where I craft images that convey the essence of my clients and the unique moments of their wedding day. My approach to photography is natural, fun, and authentic, ensuring that you and those you love are captured in the most cherished of ways.
My Experience and Education
My journey as a photographer began with a love for capturing life's moments. From the time I fell off my bike with my brother and needed stitches, to the love and loss of my parents, the first kiss in a game of spin the bottle, and the disappointment and achievement of exams, I have always been drawn to the beauty and emotion of life's experiences.
I earned a marketing degree at the University of Edinburgh and spent a year studying and making friends in Sweden. My first house in Belfast and my job in London, 28 floors up in the Gherkin, were formative experiences in my life. However, it was my first photography course that truly ignited my passion for capturing life's moments in a more meaningful way.
I have been a full-time wedding photographer for 14 years and have been named one of the top wedding photographers in the UK by Photo Professional Magazine. My work has been published by some of the industry's top publications, including Brides, Getting Married In Northern Ireland, Wedding Journal, and many more.
My Family and Hobbies
I am a proud father of a daughter named Sophie and a step-daughter named Jenny. I am also a proud owner of a Yorkshire Terrier named Milo. When I'm not behind the camera, I love spending time with my girls and making my home a cosy and welcoming spot. I am an avid coffee drinker and movie lover, and I have been known to play Coldplay on repeat!
