EPT Partnership is a distinguished design-based practice that has been delivering high-quality building solutions since 1992. The company became incorporated as a limited company in 2004, and since then, it has remained committed to promoting a culture of excellence in design, construction technology, and project delivery. At EPT Partnership, we ensure that our clients' requirements are thoroughly analysed to provide high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective building solutions. Our team comprises highly skilled and motivated RIBA Chartered Architects, CIAT Chartered Architectural Technologists, and Administration staff. We are dedicated to delivering successful projects that exceed our clients' expectations, and we do this through the provision of exceptional services that encompass all aspects of architecture and design.

Team

Our established senior team is lead by Meirion Thomas and Michael Pritchett. Meirion Thomas is a Chartered Architect who joined EPT in 1996 and became a Director in 2006. Meirion has extensive experience on major projects in the Education, Health, Commercial, Industrial, and Leisure sectors. He is responsible for managing IT and BIM coordination within the practice. Michael Pritchett is a Chartered Architect who joined EPT in July 2009 and became a Director in 2015. Mike has successfully delivered projects in the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Transport, Nuclear, Defence, and Leisure sectors. He is a qualified Principal Designer under the new CDM 2015 Regulations.

BIM

At EPT Partnership, we have been at the forefront of implementing BIM technologies in Wales since 2006. BIM projects enable high-quality, fully coordinated drawing packages to be produced, with shorter project timescales, reduced project costs, and reduced uncertainty on site. Integrated BIM projects where the full design team works on the same model enable early clash detection to be identified during the design stage, eliminating costly design changes during the construction stage.
