Unprofessional and Unhygienic Treatment
The Beauty Room has been accused of unprofessional and unhygienic treatment by some customers. According to Ros, the therapist used a wooden spoon to apply wax instead of individual single-use sticks, and did not wear gloves, leaving customers with a sense of discomfort. This has led some to question the salon's adherence to proper hygiene standards.
Attractive Location and Service
On the other hand, many customers have praised The Beauty Room for its attractive location, friendly staff, and good range of services at affordable prices.
