Our History

Established in 1997, our company has built a reputation for excellence in complex precision engineering. We have consistently met the demands of delivering high-quality precision components within short lead times, particularly in the F1 sector, where we have supplied various teams for over 20 years.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including wire erosion, spark erosion, EDM hole drilling, and CNC machining. Our state-of-the-art machinery and experienced engineers enable us to process a range of conductive materials, such as aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, hardened tool steel, Inconel, and carbide, to extremely accurate tolerances. Our services include:

• Wire Erosion: Utilising Mitsubishi wire eroding machines, we can cut a range of conductive materials with extreme accuracy (up to 4 microns).
• Spark Erosion: Our spark erosion service enables the machining of hard or soft conductive materials, producing features with internal sharp corners that would be impossible to machine conventionally.
• EDM Hole Drilling: We can produce holes ranging from 0.30 to 6mm diameters in any electrically conductive material, hard or soft, thick or thin.
• CNC Machining: Our CNC machining section offers full CNC machining services, ranging from simple projects to 3D machined forms.
