Our company was established in early 2012, and we are based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Our team consists of expertly trained site engineers who hold various qualifications, including ONC & HNC in Civil Engineering.

Services

Our primary services focus on providing accurate surveying and setting out procedures across the construction industry. We strive to deliver precise setting out on time and within budget. Our team uses the latest technology, including Topcon robotic total stations and GPS receivers, to ensure accurate results.

Setting Out

Our setting out service involves accurately marking out details on site using a combination of drawings, survey data, and CAD models. We use pegs, pins, or nails in the ground to mark the locations of various elements, such as brickwork corners, pile positions, foundations, drainage grid lines, and steel columns. Our team can work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial developments, and can accommodate both large and small-scale projects.

Surveying

Our surveying services include recording and determining the three-dimensional position of points. We can survey land areas to enable the design and plan of a construction project. Our services include topographical surveys, GPS station control, stock pile volumes, cut and fill as-built surveys, and floor level surveys. We can provide these services in various formats, including AutoCAD and PDF drawins.

Over the years, we have worked on numerous projects, including residential and commercial developments, schools, solar farms, roads, hospitals, and agricultural sites. We take pride in our attention to detail and ability to work with clients, architects, engineers, site managers, and foremen to deliver precise results.

Our site engineers are fully insured and hold various qualifications, including CSCS cards, SMSTS (Site Manager Safety training scheme 5-day course), SWQR (Street works supervisor), and AutoCAD City & Guilds.
