Our Story
Our director, Steve Grocutt, began his career in the funeral trade in 1993 and later became a Critical Care Nurse, employed at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, specializing in burns and trauma. Steve served in the Gulf War as a Critical Care Military Nurse and worked with well-recognized clients, supporting them both in the UK and abroad. After 18 years as a Critical Care Nurse, Steve returned to the funeral profession, bringing his exceptional care and compassion to Grocutt & Sons Family Funeral Directors.
