Heritage

We have a deep appreciation for heritage and specialise in the renovation and restoration of historic buildings. Our ability to define a clear understanding of a building's history and importance enables a design approach that unlocks value for our clients and enhances the significance of the heritage asset. Masterplanning

Our masterplanning services focus on creating sustainable and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients. BIM

We utilise Building Information Modelling (BIM) to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our designs. BIM enables us to create a digital model of the building, allowing us to identify potential issues early on in the design process and reducing the risk of errors during construction. This technology also enables us to better visualise the building for our clients, helping them to understand the design and make informed decisions.

Abdul Zafar is an enthusiastic Chartered Architectural Technologist working within the Seven team. Abdul has the capability to adapt to projects with differing needs. Creative and forward-thinking, Abdul enjoys designing buildings that are sustainable, affordable, and functional but that are also aesthetically pleasing. He brings a keen eye for detail to the team from previous experience working on refurbishment, retrofit and new build schemes of differing sizes within the residential, commercial, and education sectors.
