Difficulties with Quality
However, not all reviewers are satisfied. Appy had problems with a number of boxes being a different tone and had to be removed and replaced. They also noticed that the floor can scratch easily and chip easily, with worries about fading and tonal changes. Dudegit had a similar experience, ordering extra packs "fully expecting that the company would accept unopened returns". However, they were informed that they would not accept returns, despite this being a common practice.
Installation and Ease of Use
