We specialise in boiler installations, from straight like-for-like swaps to converting conventional systems to combination boilers. We also offer a full, from-scratch central heating installation service for properties that have none. In addition, we provide a fast and reliable repair service for boilers that are on the blink, carrying many boiler spares as standard.
In addition to our boiler services, we have designed and installed multiple bathrooms, from top-end bathrooms at the Savoy Hotel in London to simply changing sanitary ware in domestic bathrooms. Our team has a wealth of experience in all types of bathrooms and wet rooms, and we take pride in our high standard of work.
Our general plumbing services cover everything from commercial to domestic installations, and we are happy to sort out any issue, no matter how big or small. If you have a dripping tap or your shower needs fixing, we are just a call away.

Our History
Pantiles Plumbing & Heating was established in 2010 by Alex Shorter, who is fully City and Guilds and Gas Safe qualified. Our team has grown since then, and we have expanded our services to cater to the needs of our customers. Our Team
Meet our plumbers, Alexander Shorter and Sebastian Slade. Alex, the founder of Pantiles Plumbing & Heating, has always been interested in property and knew he wanted to work for himself and create a successful business. He completed the City & Guilds plumbing training course and took an apprenticeship with a local plumber. On completion of the plumbing course, he began the Gas Safe training and continued his apprenticeship whilst completing the extensive portfolio required to become Gas Safe qualified.
Seb, our other plumber, grew up in Wadhurst and met Alex when they both attended Vinehall School. Seb was already qualified as a 'wet plumber' (water only) when Alex took him on, and he has since learned all about heating and gas work too.
