Bentley's Hair Salon, situated at 59 Pitt Street West in Barnsley, is a well-established hairdressing business that has been serving the local community since 1990. Our salon is owned and managed by Andrew, who brings nearly 40 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. Andrew's wife Clare helps run the reception and administrative side of things, while son Richard is a senior stylist and runs his side of the business in the salon, known as Bentley's Barbering.
At Bentley's Hair Salon, we take pride in being a small, friendly, and professional salon with a highly trained team of stylists who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients. We use only the highest quality products, such as L'Oreal Professional and Muk, a brilliant Vegan-friendly hybrid range from Australia. Our team includes two fully qualified self-employed stylists, Becca and Sandra, who rent a chair from us. Becca, in particular, is known for her expertise in updos for weddings and special occasions.
Our salon features three styling stations and a barbers room on the ground floor, and four additional styling stations on the first floor. This allows us to accommodate a large number of clients and offer a wide range of services.
Our Services
At Bentley's Hair Salon, we offer a wide range of services for both men and women. These include cutting, styling, colouring, perming, and hairdressing for special occasions. We also have a dedicated Barbers Room for men's hairdressing and grooming.
In addition to our hairdressing services, we also have a Nail Bar, where our highly trained technicians offer a variety of nail treatments. From manicures and pedicures to gel polish and nail art, we have something for everyone.
For those looking to enhance their natural beauty, we offer a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and tinting. Our beauty therapists are fully qualified and experienced in providing a wide range of treatments that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
The Beauty Loft
The Beauty Loft is a separate business located within Bentley's Hair Salon, run by Holly, a fully qualified beauty therapist. Holly specializes in Nails, Brows & Lash Treatments and offers a wide range of services, including gel nails, shellac, brow lamination, and lash extensions.
Opening Times
We are open six days a week, with varying opening hours to accommodate our clients' busy schedules. We are closed on Mondays, and our opening hours for the rest of the week are as follows:
- Tuesday: 9.30 - 5.00
- Wednesday: 9.30 - 9.00
- Thursday: 9.30 - 7.00
- Friday: 9.30 - 5.00
- Saturday: 8.00 - 3.00

Wedding Hair
