Cowick C of E Primary School is a Church of England school located in Goole, East Yorkshire. The School Day
Our school day starts at 8:45 am and finishes at 3:15 pm. We operate a morning and afternoon break, providing children with the opportunity to rest, play, and socialise. We offer a range of before and after-school clubs, providing children with the opportunity to explore their interests and talents.
School Development
We are committed to continuous improvement and regularly review and evaluate our school's performance. Our school development plan outlines our priorities and targets, which are informed by feedback from pupils, parents, staff, and governors.
Our Classes
We have eight classes at Cowick C of E Primary School, ranging from Reception to Year 6. Our classes are named after the four elements: Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. Each class has a dedicated class teacher and teaching assistant, providing children with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
Rewards
We believe in celebrating children's achievements and have a range of rewards in place to recognise their efforts. We have a weekly celebration assembly, where children are awarded certificates for their academic and personal achievements. We also have a school values awards scheme, where children are nominated by their peers for demonstrating our school values of hope, peace, and love.

We have a strong leadership team, who are supported by a dedicated team of teachers, teaching assistants, and administrative staff.
