B.D. Upton Builders is a family-run construction company that has been operating in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire since 1972. Our founder, Dick Upton, established the business with a focus on quality craftsmanship, and his son, Chris, has continued this legacy by concentrating on new build properties for sale and rental purposes. Previous Projects

Over the years, we have completed a wide range of successful projects, including:

• Barn Style Dwelling: Using a mix of slate, brick, and timber cladding, we constructed a beautiful barn-style dwelling adjacent to a conservation area.
• Timber Frame House: Our team constructed a stunning timber frame house in Newton-in-The-Isle, complete with porches and trellises with brick pillars.
• Listed Hall Renovation: We renovated a beautiful Grade II listed hall in Scarfield Lane, adding delicate trellises and brick pillars to enhance its charm.
• Church Restoration: We restored a historic Elm Church in Leverington Common, adding a beautiful porch to the front of the building.
• Semi-Detached Dwellings: Our team constructed a number of semi-detached new build barn-style dwellings in Haylett Mews.

Coming Soon

We are currently working on several new developments, including:

• Hungate Road Site: We are building a number of new homes on this site in Emneth, Norfolk. These homes will feature air source water heating and underfloor heating, as well as en-suite bathrooms.
• Bungalows: We are building several three-bedroom bungalows on various sites, including Ladys Drove and Gaultree Square.
• Ladys Drove Bungalow: We have renovated a semi-detached house on Ladys Drove and are currently accepting offers from potential buyers.
