Our Vision and Approach
Our vision is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters the intellectual, emotional, and social development of every child. We believe that every child deserves an equal opportunity to access outstanding play experiences and environments that enable them to reach their full potential. Our team of experienced and passionate early years professionals, comprising of nursery managers, teachers, and support staff, are fully trained to nurture, build confidence, and provide opportunities for independence, ensuring that every child has the chance to holistically flourish.
Meet the Holbourn Family
We are proud to introduce our dedicated and experienced team of early years professionals, who are committed to providing a fun-filled and stimulating learning journey for every child. Our team consists of:
- Rachel, Nursery Manager, with a BA (Hons) in Early Years studies and a passion for providing the best start in life for every child.
- Bernie, Nursery Owner and SENDco, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in early years education.
- Cliff, Nursery Owner, who manages site maintenance, facilities, and finances.
- Karen, Early Years Practitioner, with years of childcare experience and a broad range of opportunities for children.
- Ardita, Early Years Practitioner, whose experience teaching in Bali has developed her fun-loving yet calming nature with children.
- Amy, Early Years Practitioner, who enjoys bringing children together for group activities.
- Lei, Early Years Apprentice, who is completing her Level 3 apprenticeship to become an Early Years Educator.
- Kara, Early Years Educator, who joined the team after teaching English in Hong Kong and is studying for her Level 3 apprenticeship.
- Jo, Deputy Nursery Manager, who brings consistency to children's lives with her daily presence.
- Mollie, Early Years Practitioner and Deputy SENDco, who has a wealth of childcare experience and a friendly and encouraging manner with the children.
- Nicola, Nursery Chef, who brings her experience and enthusiasm for fresh and nutritious food to the nursery.
- Sarah, Forest School Leader, who has developed a thirst for outdoor learning and is passionate about providing children with opportunities to learn in the natural world.

Our nursery provides a Homely Environment, where children can feel safe and secure, allowing them to thrive in their own way. Our experienced and qualified team of early years professionals work together to create a stimulating and engaging environment that fosters learning and development. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and our services are designed to support every child's journey.
Government Funding
