Product Performance and Quality
The reviewer, Gavin Jones, rated the product with one star. He expressed disappointment with the performance of the Luxury laminate flooring in his kitchen, which started raising after just 12 months. This led to an unsightly appearance and numerous gaps or pieces coming up.
Customer Service and Response
The reviewer also expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by PJM. When Pete came out to inspect the issue, he concluded that the problem was not their fault but rather the underlying floor raising. This response was not satisfactory to the reviewer, as the landlord also concluded that the floor should not have been laid so soon after installation.
