LET it is an established and professional Letting Agency with a rich history and a strong commitment to protecting our clients' investments. We have been in operation since 1989, shortly after the introduction of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988, and have grown from strength to strength to now manage over 1000 properties across west central Scotland.

Our success is attributed to the relationships we have forged with our clients, many of whom have been with us for almost 32 years. We understand that managing a property can be a complex and time-consuming process, and we take pride in providing our clients with exceptional service and management. At LET it, we take our responsibility as a letting agent very seriously. We understand that the responsibility to meet current standards rests on our shoulders, and we ensure that our landlords and their properties meet over 150 pieces of legislation. Any error on our part can result in heavy fines and even criminal prosecution, and we strive to avoid this at all costs.

2. Tenant Services: We provide a range of services to our tenants, including maintenance requests, and we strive to provide a high level of customer service. We treat our tenants with respect and strive to ensure that their rental experience is positive.

3. Sales: We also offer sales services to our clients, and we strive to provide the same high level of service that we offer in our letting services. We understand that selling a property can be a difficult process, and we work to make it as easy as possible for our clients.

Compliance & Governance

At LET it, we take compliance and governance very seriously. We understand the importance of adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, and we strive to provide transparent and fair practices. We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (A.R.L.A), and we are governed by their strict code of conduct.

We are also one of the few companies able to offer our clients Client Money Protection (CMP), an insurance-backed scheme that protects 100% of our clients' money. This adds an extra layer of protection and security for our clients, and we are proud to offer this service.
