The funeral was described as perfect, with all needs accommodated, including special requests for extra seats and a wheelchair space. The team's professionalism, sensitivity, and attention to detail were highly praised.
Negative Comments
The service was marred by insensitive comments made by the funeral director, Vanessa, regarding COVID protocols, and the family felt disrespected and unheard. There were also issues with the number of chairs provided and the treatment of a guest in a wheelchair. The family felt that their requests were not respected, leading to a stressful and upsetting experience.
