Review: Bethanylauren Smiles had a terrible experience with Clip Hair Extensions. She ordered two lots of tapes and spent over 250, but the hair felt synthetic and had the same issues as Lullabellz. The hair became matted, knotted, and shed all over her clothes and when she brushed it or put it in protective styles. She contacted Clip Hair, who requested the hair be sent back for analysis. After receiving the hair, they claimed the hair had been altered or toned and therefore void of any refund. Bethanylauren Smiles was offered a partial refund or a replacement pack of tapes, which she refused due to lack of trust in their products and the fact that they avoided taking responsibility for the poor quality of their extensions.

Review: Amber Lee had a horrible experience with Clip Hair Extensions. The hair felt like plastic and couldn't be styled. She tried to return the hair and dealt with a rude woman who shouted down the phone and blamed her for their awful hair. She has worn hair extensions for over 10 years and tried many different brands but never had such a bad experience with the hair or service.

Review: Annelies S. had the worst experience with a purchase from Clip Hair Extensions. The extensions were good quality, but if you are an international buyer, it is not worth it. They sent her the wrong extensions and made her pay the return shipping cost and customs (over E30), even though they were responsible for the mistake. She lost around E300. They sent her the wrong extensions a month ago, and she had to return them, costing her around E40 for shipping and E60 for customs in Belgium. They only paid her back E30 for the shipping and customs. Now, a month later, the package is still stuck at customs in the UK. They told her they don't pay customs, so she has to pay it. This is unacceptable. The package is still stuck because she can't get an email from customs to fix this. She found out from the shipping service in Belgium that Clip Hair received an email for the payment request, but she can't even get to it. First, they made the mistake of sending her the wrong item, then they made her pay so much in customs and shipping costs, and in the end, she still didn't get her refund for a mistake they made. It's a shame.
