Our History
Adana Construction Ltd started trading in January 2000, with our first contract being the Urban Splash, Timber Wharf development. Since then, we have worked on a variety of projects across the North West, Midlands, and North Wales. Our staff and workforce are loyal and dedicated, with many having been with the company for many years. This reflects our commitment to completing projects successfully and building long-term relationships with our clients.

We are proud to hold numerous accreditations, including ISO 9001: 2015 Quality, ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental, ISO 45001: 2018, Achilles Building Confidence with Safety Systems in Procurement (SSIP), Constructionline Gold Standard, Builders Profile, and Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme (FORS) Bronze Standard.
Project Planning and Safety Concerns
Rob Raven, who rated the service with one star, highlighted significant issues with project planning and safety. The firm carried out works on the boundary of his property without obtaining the necessary planning permission or a party wall agreement. This not only put his family and property at risk but also compromised the safety of the workforce and the public.
Unreliable Job Security and Negative Work Environment
Dave Wilkinson, another one-star reviewer, expressed dissatisfaction with the job security and work environment. He was initially offered a year's work, but it only lasted for two weeks. The company merely wanted to fill in the gap until they had workers from another job available. Furthermore, he described the firm as having a "clicky" and negative professional environment.
