How We Deliver Better for Our Clients
At Better Building Services, we operate a 24/7/365 service desk, providing round-the-clock support to our clients. Our industry-leading Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system offers real-time access to client assets, performance, reporting, and the progress of each call through to completion, ensuring transparency.
Our Projects
We are currently working on several exciting projects, including the Braidhurst Industrial Estate project. We have been tasked with the supply and installation of full Mechanical and Electrical services, including Contractor Design Portions, to 10 newly built industrial units and 6 existing units. We are proud to have secured the repeat confidence of our valued client, Tilbury Douglas, on this project.
Additionally, we are working with our client Thomas Johnstone on the mechanical and electrical building services at Dalian House, converting the existing office space into 92 serviced apartments. The project is on track for completion in spring this year.

Our longest-serving team member, Katrina Hamilton, has been a valuable asset to our business for over 7 years. Katrina's significant contribution to the business has earned her a well-deserved promotion to Director of Corporate Resources.
