Design and Planning Quality
The design and planning quality provided by the service was appreciated by Tom Harding, who rated the service with 5 stars. He mentioned that the plans were incredibly detailed and thoughtful, and the build stage was going well. The promptness of the planning process was also highlighted as a positive aspect.
Investigation and Conversion Issues
However, Marge Smyth, who gave a 1-star rating, was disappointed with the service. She mentioned that the investigation of the existing structure was insufficient, leading to multiple issues with the conversion. The conversion is still in progress, and she expects to find more issues. The service also wanted to charge extra to alter the drawings to fix their error, which was not appreciated.
Communication and Billing Issues
Steve Mouland, who also rated the service with 1 star, was unhappy with the billing process. He asked for a fixed price for the project but never received it. Instead, he was billed for a project that he never gave permission to start, as the field sale hadn't gone through.
