From the early days of operating with one van, an apprentice, and a small office space in one of the founder's bedrooms, Woodhouse has come a long way. Over the years, the company has built a reputation for delivering quality services, reliability, and friendly engineers. This customer-focused approach has allowed the business to grow and thrive, leading to the acquisition of their own office premises on Tarvin Road in Frodsham in 2021.

With a commitment to environmental sustainability, Woodhouse installed solar panels in 2023 and plans to install an air source heat pump and underfloor heating in the future. The company takes pride in being a part of the local community and businesses in the Cheshire area, continuously striving to provide excellent services and support.

Our History

• 2007: Founded - Woodhouse Plumbing and Heating was founded by Rory Woodhouse, aged 22 with one van, one apprentice and a small desk in his bedroom in Frodsham.
• 2007-2008: First Major Project Completed - The company successfully completed its first commercial project, The Barn in Mickle Trafford, now The Chesterfields, and became Corgi Registered.
• 2008-2010: Starting to Grow - Woodhouse added another plumber and apprentice to the team and took on its first electrician. The company was renamed Woodhouse Plumbing, Heating & Electrical Limited and gained NIC-EIC Accreditation.
• 2010-2014: Location, Location, Location - The company moved from the Old Dairy offices in Helsby to Frodsham Business Centre and now had 9 staff and 5 vehicles on the road.
• 2014-2015: Business Booming - The hard work and local recognition paid off, as the business continued to grow and thrive.
