Design Service

Our design service is equipped with the latest CAD software, enabling us to produce accurate and cost-effective technical drawings for your machined parts. We are happy to collaborate with our clients on their individual requirements, whether they provide a simple drawing or a physical part for us to work from. We will produce a finished technical drawing ready for machining, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Finishing

Our finishing services include hard anodising, plating and hardening of materials. We work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, Hastalloy, Inconel, duplex, brass, copper, manganese bronze, acetyl and many more. Our expertise in finishing ensures that the final product is of the highest quality and meets the specific requirements of each client.

Batch Quantities

Whether our clients require 1 off prototypes or high volume components, we have the capacity and resources to cater to their needs. All materials used are fully certified, giving our clients the assurance of quality and reliability.
