- Hannah Bird rated 1 star and was disappointed with her pedicure experience. She had to ask for gel polish on hands and feet, but it began to peel off after four days. When she returned to the salon, the staff was unable to help, and she was assured a manager would call her, but no call was received.

She had asked for her hands and feet to match, but the lady who did her hands made a mistake and applied gold glitter instead of pink colour underneath the chrome. She was also unhappy with the gel application and had to pick it off her skin.
- Lj X. rated 1 star and had a bad experience with her eyebrows tinting and waxing. The lady doing her eyebrows seemed distracted and ended up cutting half of her brow off. However, she mentioned that Kirsty is amazing and usually does her eyebrows.
