Disappointing Removal Experience
Ghazala Chughtai had a terrible experience with Bramhall Removals, rating them 1 star out of 5. She booked a removal service for December 14th, but the company cancelled the appointment at the last minute due to the owner's hospital appointment. The customer was left with a cancelled train ticket and no refund. When Ghazala rebooked the removal, the owner David did not provide a suitable van for the job, and the team left before the agreed time. Ghazala was left feeling frustrated and upset, especially after being promised a refund.
