A to B Communications is a structured cabling design and installation company based in Bedfordshire, with a national reach. Our team is led by Chris Eckert, Adam Chrusciak, and Andrew Garratt, who have been delivering communication solutions since the late 90's. We have built a qualified and competent team that is efficient and enthusiastic, providing our customers with peace of mind and full commitment from the start.

Our core competencies include structured cabling elements such as copper (Cat 5e to Cat 7), conventional and blown optical fiber systems, fusion splicing and direct termination, 1308 voice systems, and RF and AV installations. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to include electrical, CCTV, and access control services. We have a proven track record in design, installation, and commissioning of these elements, which will be backed up by a full project pack including CAD drawings, test result documentation, and calibration certificates.

Our strengths include comprehensive and experienced knowledge of the industry, a history of delivering projects on time and in budget, a dedicated and professional workforce with industry and job-specific qualifications and accreditations, and DBS, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Defence cleared engineers for more sensitive projects.

Recent Work History

Our recent work history includes a nationwide IT infrastructure rollout at 225 sites, ongoing infrastructure maintenance for Ministry of Defence, HM Prison Service and other government institutions, WIFI infrastructure rollout provisioning thousands of access points at university sites across London & the South East, nationwide data centre installations, moves & changes, design and implementation of a fully integrated communications infrastructure in Bedfordshire including a substantial and prestigious listed building as well as over 25 satellite locations across the estate, and design and implementation of a singlemode optical fibre infrastructure for Aircraft Research Association at their premises on Manton Lane in Bedford. Alongside these larger scale projects, we undertake office IT refurbishments and moves and changes, right down to diagnostics & reactive maintenance of a single network point.
