M. H. East & Sons began its journey in the early 1970s when Michael East, an experienced electrician, successfully completed several individual housing projects. Over time, his passion and expertise grew, leading him to establish a dedicated team of subcontractors and undertake more complex construction ventures. In the 1980s, with his eldest son Richard by his side, M. H. East & Sons solidified its position in the industry with a large-scale housing development in Eastrea.
