• Bluebell Glade, Lisbellaw: A popular residential development located just off the main A4 Belfast - Enniskillen Road.

• Antrim Day Care Centre: A project that involved providing a new flat roof to the existing building, including removal of asbestos, replacement of roof timbers, new external cladding, and insulation.

• Knappagh Road, Sligo: A project delivered under a Public Works Contract to provide Sligo County Council with 28 social housing units.

• Integrated College, Dungannon: A project that involved the re-configuration and refurbishment of two separate blocks to provide new classroom facilities and inclusive learning spaces.

• Abbey House, Enniskillen: A project that involved the complete gut-out, alteration, and full refurbishment of the former HMRC office located on Head Street Enniskillen.

• St. Michaels College: A new sports development that includes a new floodlit, 4G football pitch with a perimeter fence and ball stop system.

• Latlorcan Estate, Monaghan: A project that consisted of the renewal of 16 no. three-storey dwellings for Monaghan County Council, inclusive of full internal and external refurbishments, new mechanical and electrical installations.

• College Park Lane, Enniskillen: A development that recently completed 31 new homes in Enniskillen.

• Ernedale Heights, Ballyshannon: A project that involved the refurbishment of 11 no. single-storey, one-bedroom houses located within three blocks on the site.

• Westminster Court, Ballinamallard: A residential development situated on the former Duke of Westminster school site on the Makenny road.

• Parian Way, Belleek: An ongoing development that offers a total of 18 new homes in five signature house types.
