How We Work

We believe in a collaborative approach to architecture, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions tailored to their unique requirements. Here's an overview of our process:

• Initial Consultation: We will come to your home at a time that is convenient for you to meet you, look around your property, discuss your ideas, advise, and answer any questions you may have regarding your proposals.
• Survey/Existing Drawings: If appointed, we will carry out a measured survey of the property to enable us to produce accurate drawings.
• Design: We use the completed survey drawings to produce design drawings based on your initial ideas in preparation for planning or building regulation application submissions.
• Planning: Once you are happy with the proposals, we will then finalise the drawings ready for submission to the Local Authority for planning approval. We will submit the application on your behalf.
