At THINK Estate Agents, we've been helping people buy, sell, and let properties for over 25 years. Our journey began as Mortgage Matters, a successful mortgage brokerage founded by Aidan, our Director and owner. With a team of six dedicated advisors, we provided mortgage advice to local estate agents. The "credit crunch" of 2008 forced us to diversify, and in 2009, Think Rentals was born. Since then, our lettings business has grown significantly, becoming the leading agent in the town with an impressive portfolio of managed properties.
Our History
Our story may have started in 2009, but it's the passion and drive of our team that has enabled us to grow beyond all expectations. In 2013, our son Jack joined the business, helping to rebrand as THINK Estate Agents and expand into property sales. Our fixed fee packages, introduced in 2014, have made us one of the top-selling agents in the town. Another significant milestone came in 2020, when we opened our second branch in Haydock, bringing a new approach to letting and sales. Our Haydock team is revolutionizing the way people in Haydock and St Helens deal with property, offering video tours of homes and a unique office experience.
