Poor Initial Impression and Lack of Professionalism
Author Dorin Savca gave the agency a 2-star rating, stating that they were not the best start for a recruiting agency. The agency attempted to persuade them that relocation was the best option, despite having an interview with a company in the desired area on the second day. When the person heard this, they ended the discussion abruptly, claiming they would contact them if they had anything. Dorin believes the agency uses pressure tactics from the very beginning, which is why they were awarded 2 stars.
Author Stephen Duncan gave the agency a 1-star rating, expressing their dissatisfaction due to the agency sharing their CV with their current employer without permission. This was seen as very unprofessional and the agency appears to try and overwhelm companies with emails in the hope of making money.
