At Kaycee Sheetmetal Engineering, we are a family-run business with over 40 years of experience in the steel fabrication sector. Established in 2003, our 4,000 square foot facility is located in Hayes, West London, providing easy access to major road and transport links to London and the Home Counties.

We take pride in our expertise in fabricating fine limit batch production runs and are committed to our valued client base, who regularly re-order bulk quantities of 'stock items'. Our Design Team is dedicated to working closely with clients to develop and nurture their creative ideas.

Design and Planning

From clients' concept drawings, usually received in dxf, jpg, or pdf format, our Design Team transfers the information onto CAD/CAM software. We work together with clients to develop the most aesthetic, production-time efficient, and financially viable method of construction.

Speed and Accuracy

We are renowned for our fine limit precision and ingenuity, combined with production efficiency. Our reputation for producing high-quality products has become a key factor in the success of our clients. Our state-of-the-art equipment, including CNC turret presses, CNC press brakes, fly presses, and punches, allows us to precision-fabricate complex components while meeting the strict quality requirements of our clients.

Our Products

Our product range includes control enclosures, lighting, data provision/POD boxes, desk power enclosures/modules, retail point of sale, security products, server rack accessories, and specialist/ bespoke products. We can manufacture and supply a wide range of electrical and mechanical enclosures, constructed from various sheet metals with different thicknesses and finishes. Our products are designed to meet specific client requirements, with options for customization, including IP67 waterproof protection.
