Our Scale & Polish consultations include an oral hygiene assessment, screening for gum disease, oral cancer examination, diet advice, fresh breath advice, and a tailored dental routine. We also provide non-surgical periodontal treatment for gum disease, which includes detailed pocket charting, deep ultrasonic cleaning to remove plaque and tartar, and personalized guidance to improve bleeding and pocket depths.

Our founder, Catherine Owers, is a highly experienced dental hygienist with over 15 years of experience in the dental industry. She has worked with some of the most reputable practices in Bristol, perfecting her skills alongside Periodontists and a Specialist implant clinic. Catherine is passionate about Direct Access, which enables patients to see a hygienist for treatment directly rather than seeing a dentist first.
