Terrible Service Experience
The author, Steve Parkinson, rated the service as 1 star and shared a negative experience. He mentioned receiving only a 1-day notice before the scheduled cleaning. Despite not attending, the company still charged him. The ionised water process used by the cleaners left streaks on the windows and caused a mess with water everywhere. Additionally, the workers seemed to rush through the job as they were paid per task.
Unreliable and Threatening Service
Charlotte Penrose also gave a 1-star rating and described a poor experience with the window cleaners. She scheduled the service two years ago but out of six payments made, the cleaners only showed up twice. When she complained about the dirty windows, she was even asked to provide photos as proof. After cancelling the service in November 2022, she was threatened with court action.
