In this loading bay project, we received a request to make use of a loading bay which was surplus to requirements. We installed a mezzanine, opened up the cladding to allow for the fitting of a window, and extended the cramped accounts office over the mezzanine. We also built in a new kitchen, giving private facilities to each department. From the build, electrics, plumbing, kitchen, carpets, and even office furniture, Jemericon Ltd supply it all at a fraction of most industrial builders' prices.
