MDA, founded by Maria Demargne, is an architectural firm based in West London. We specialise in designing bespoke homes that cater to modern living while being mindful of their environmental impact. With a focus on creating naturally lit spaces that are both beautiful and functional, we have gained substantial experience working with projects in conservation areas and Grade II listed buildings. Our modern and sensitive design approach enables us to tailor our solutions to fit various personal and building contexts, budgets, and timescales.

Who We Are

Maria Demargne, the founder and principal architect, graduated from E.T.S.A.B. Barcelona in 1997 before completing a Master's degree in Environmental Design in Architecture at the University of Cambridge's Martin Centre. Maria has vast experience working on residential projects, having established a reliable track record of satisfied clients and an extensive network of building contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
