Disappointing Experiences
A few customers have had disheartening encounters with Carl's roofing company, citing poor communication and unmet expectations. Natalie Chesworth was thoroughly disappointed, stating that the company is a "total time waster" that fails to follow up on quotes and appointments. She even goes so far as to say that she would give them a score of 0 stars if possible.
Mixed Results
On the other hand, Duncan Francis had a more positive experience with the company, albeit with some minor issues. Although Carl's team initially failed to identify the source of a rainwater leak, they did manage to fix a problem with flashing around a chimney stack on their first visit. However, it was only after Carl took a Sunday call from Francis that the company was able to locate and fix the root cause of the issue.
