At Altered Image, we are a premier hairdressing salon with a rich history of providing exceptional service and attention to detail. With two convenient locations in Chesham and Tring, we have been dedicated to delivering individual care and personalized looks to our clients for over 30 years.
Our Story
Founded by husband and wife team Bruno and Angela, Altered Image has grown into a thriving business with a talented team of stylists and colourists. In 2012, their daughter Annie joined the company, bringing with her a wealth of experience and training from Toni & Guy. Annie's work has been featured in several magazines, and she has been selected to join the prestigious Tigi Inspirational Youth Team.

We understand that every individual has unique needs and preferences, which is why we offer free consultations on styles, colours, and products to ensure that our clients receive a personalized service tailored to their requirements. Our team is regularly sent on courses run by leading names within the industry to continually perfect and update their skills.

At Altered Image, we offer a comprehensive range of services to cater to all your hair needs. Our talented team provides cutting-edge cutting and colouring services, bespoke bridal hair packages, and a range of luxury hair care products. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer care, and our late-night opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday ensure that we can accommodate even the busiest of schedules.
Salons
We have two conveniently located salons in Chesham and Tring, both of which offer a welcoming and relaxing environment. Our Chesham salon is open from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and 8.30am to 5.00pm on Saturday. Our Tring salon has the same opening hours, with extended hours until 7.00pm on Thursday.
