CCTV Installation Experience
The review from Time Traveller is concerning. They had a CCTV installation done in 2016 by this provider. However, the DVR suddenly stopped working, and despite a 2-year warranty, the provider initially denied any involvement. It wasn't until evidence was presented that they acknowledged the installation. The customer was then told that the issue might have been caused by the customer opening the unit. This led to a new, more reliable CCTV installation with a different provider.
