At T2 architects, we are an award-winning, design-led practice specialising in progressive housing design. We work with a wide range of clients across the country, taking the time to understand their individual needs. Our expertise spans working with Local Authorities, Developers, and House Builders, as well as individual Homeowners.

Our Services

We offer a full range of architectural services, which can be integrated with our in-house planning consultancy to provide clients with a joined-up approach to development. Our fully qualified architects and designers work closely with our clients to create buildings that are context-driven, robust, distinctive, sustainable, and profitable.

Heritage and Conservation

Our accredited Conservation Architect has a wealth of experience working with all grades of listed buildings and other heritage assets. We recognise the importance of properly understanding listed buildings, scheduled ancient monuments, and other heritage assets to help clients obtain successful outcomes.

Sustainability

We advocate designing buildings that reduce operational energy consumption and provide a comfortable environment for the occupants of the building. We are currently delivering a number of low-energy projects to Passivhaus and AECB building standards, as well as having completed projects to BREEAM, including up to Excellent level.

Our Team

Our team is led by Jeremy Tyrrell, RIBA Managing Director and Architect, alongside Catherine Tyrrell, Director, and a team of experienced architects and architectural assistants. We pride ourselves on our unpretentious and straightforward approach, keeping things simple and focusing on delivering exceptional results.
