New Builds

At Vigor Construction, we take pride in our new build services, which cater to a wide range of clients and projects. Design & Build Service

Our design and build service offers clients a full design and build service, using experienced architects to draw up the initial plans and manage the planning and building regulations application. Once planning permission is granted, our construction arm will mobilize to carry out the build stage.

Build Only Service

For clients who already have the plans for their new build drawn up, we offer a build-only service. We will submit a price/tender for the proposed new build and, if our tender is successful, we will commence the build phase to agreed timescales. Our build-only service includes tendering and pricing, with a focus on transparency and open communication throughout the process.

Conversions and Extensions
