Reviews
Positive: The company was patient and understanding, and the new company that bought out the old one pulled out all the stops to deliver the customer's kitchen.
Negative: The company had poor customer service, installed substandard products, and engaged in misleading business practices.

Impressive Customer Service

Clare at the Letchworth office was very patient and understanding, allowing the customer to feel comfortable with the design and manufacturing process. The company retained their staff and honoured the contract despite the parent company going into receivership.

Poor Customer Service and Quality

The company was also responsible for a poor customer experience, installing units with inconsistencies in the wood stained doors and machine markings on the quartz worktop. The customer was left out of pocket due to the company's liquidation and failure to honour their contract.

Misleading Business Practices

The company was accused of misleading potential customers and old customers by continuing to trade under the same name and using the same social media accounts, even though they had gone into liquidation and had new ownership. The customer felt that the company had no moral compass and was more interested in fleecing customers than providing good service.
