Our Projects

We have worked on a wide range of projects over the years, from new build farms dwellings to replacement dwellings and extensions. Here are some of our notable projects:

*Maghaberry Dwelling*

This is a new build farmers dwelling situated on a site with fantastic views over County Antrim. The house has been designed to provide views from all bedrooms and living spaces, with the main living room benefiting from sunlight all day due to its fantastic orientation.

*Moira Dwelling*

A beautiful replacement dwelling, set within a mature site on the outskirts of Moira. Due to be completed in 2023.

*Riverdale*

This beautiful extension was designed to help reorganise a family home on the outskirts of Hillsborough. Critical to the success of the project was in connecting the house to the garden, which was achieved by stepping down into the garden room.

*Lisnacurran Country House*

We were privileged to work on this beautiful award-winning guest house set just outside of Hillsborough village. We obtained planning permission for extending the accommodation and providing a flexible function space below.

*Upper Braniel*

At Upper Braniel, we provided the technical design of this amazing house for a very talented young family. It was a great collaboration to turn this dream into a reality, and the project is due onsite early 2022.

*Quay Fitness*

We were happy to help with the design and construction of Quay Fitness Studio.
