As an 'NICEIC Domestic Installer' approved contractor, we are authorised to carry out installation works to areas that are subject to 'Part P' of the Building Regulations. Works requiring 'Part P' approval include the installation of new circuits and works in special locations such as rooms containing a bath or shower, kitchens, separate outbuildings, and gardens. All notified works are covered by the NICEIC Insurance backed warranty, which protects consumers in circumstances where the contractor is no longer in business to undertake necessary remedial work.
