Hello, I am Ken Fish, the founder and co-owner of Computer Rehab, a family-run business that has been proudly serving the community of Stevenage and the surrounding areas for the past 13 years. My wife Julie and I have over 35 years of experience in the computer industry, having worked in education, corporate IT, and home support. Our business is not just a professional venture for us; it is also a labour of love, as we are husband and wife, and proud parents of five children.
Computer Rehab is based in our home in Broadwater, Stevenage, where we provide repairs and support for home computer users. We have built a loyal customer base of over 600 individuals and families, some of whom we see occasionally, while others call us regularly for help and support. We take pride in talking to our customers in plain English, with as little technical jargon as possible, and providing them with the best possible solutions for their computer-related issues.

As a computer expert, I have met many people who have unfortunately been caught out by online scams. These scams can result in financial loss, identity theft, and other serious consequences. That's why I have made it my mission to raise awareness of these scams and provide information on how to avoid them.
