Myself and my husband Lee would like to thank Georgia from mortgage advice hut who helped us purchase our beautiful new home. We were so nervous when we booked our first meeting, had no idea of the steps it took to obtain a mortgage and purchase a property let alone if we would be accepted. Didnt know anything about purchasing a property when I first came to Georgia from TMC. She spoke me through it and booked me in for a zoom meeting to discuss funds and get something in principle with a lender. Once I found the property that I wanted to purchase, Georgia put me in a full application and only charged a small fee for this to be done.

My first property fell through so she put another application in free of charge for a different property. What a great service from her and TMC. Id recommend them 100%, she was responsive instantly to any of my queries and helped it become a smooth transaction

Rachel was extremely helpful, accommodating, and made sensible/rational suggestions based on my lifestyle and preferences, she really listened.
