And, on occasion, we've been known to advise against proceeding, because we've considered the purchase or sale too much of a risk for our client's long-term security.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the best service to our clients. Our director, Amanda Shaw, founded the firm in 2007 with a vision of providing a personal and responsive service to individuals and businesses buying and selling property. Our team also includes Jackie Collins, our administrator, who has a huge amount of experience in staying on top of complex financial transactions. Linda Woolley, our Plot Sales Manager, has over 25 years' experience in conveyancing and provides holiday cover for the other members of the team. Harriett Harrison and Kirsty De Vos, our solicitors, have in-depth experience of the property market and are dedicated to helping clients overcome challenges that may arise during the buying or selling process.
