Our process typically begins with a practicability study, where we will understand the feasibility of your project and guide you to the best solutions to achieve planning. We will then conduct a property survey, surveying the property internally and externally, taking photos as reference, and checking drainage, trees, and neighbouring properties' relationships. Our design drawings will provide you with an initial layout of the property, followed by a design proposal, which can be revised until you are satisfied. We also provide 3D external drawings of the proposal as standard on all of our projects.
Once you are happy with the design, we will submit the most applicable planning/permitted development applications to achieve planning approval. We will then submit construction information to the local authority or a private approved inspector, who will double-check our plans prior to the site inspection by the surveyor. We can also provide project management during construction, and post-contract information before construction starts, including pre-start meetings, programme of works, and contract documents with all parties involved.
