Our team is made up of qualified and experienced professionals who are passionate about providing the highest quality childcare.
Our Proprietor
Anna Caso, the founder and proprietor of Anna-Ca-Soo Day Nursery, has dedicated her career to providing exceptional childcare. With a passion for creating a nurturing environment, Anna has over 40 years of experience in childcare, and has gained a plethora of qualifications, including an NNEB in 1982 and a Foundation Degree in Early Years in 2014. Anna's vision is to create a homely nursery where children feel safe, happy, and supported, and her dedication to this vision has resulted in a nursery that is renowned for its exceptional care.
Our Managerial Team
Our managerial team, comprising of Louisa and Rosie, are daughters of Anna and have grown up within the nursery. Both have significant experience in childcare and have taken over the managerial responsibilities of the nursery. Louisa holds a degree in Primary Education and Rosie has a level 3 in childcare. Together, they have taken the nursery to new heights, ensuring that the high standards set by Anna are maintained and improved upon.
Our Practitioners
Our practitioners are essential to providing the high-quality childcare that we pride ourselves on. Each of our practitioners has undergone rigorous training and has a range of qualifications, from level 3 diplomas in childcare to degree-level qualifications. Our practitioners are passionate about their work and are dedicated to providing the best possible care and education for the children in their charge. Our team includes Corinne, our lead practitioner, who has over 33 years of experience in childcare; Lisa, who has over 26 years of experience; and Emily, who has over 20 years of experience. We also have a number of newer members of staff who are equally committed to providing exceptional care and education.

- Outdoor Learning: We understand the importance of outdoor learning and provide a designated outdoor learning area where children can explore, learn, and develop.
- Trips Out: We believe in extending children's learning experiences and offer regular trips out to local attractions and activities.
