At CJS Precision Engineering Ltd, we offer a range of services designed to meet our clients' needs. We have a highly skilled workforce operating 19 full CNC machines for large batch work and a further 9 semi CNC/Manual machines for one-off, prototype, and small batch work. We complement our services with our own collection and delivery, ensuring that our clients receive their orders on time.
Our services include:
- Milling: We use the latest milling machines, allowing us to give the accuracy and quality that is required and expected by today's companies. We provide small production runs as well as long-term requirements and can sometimes accommodate that 'must-have' time frame.
- Turning: We can cover most customer requirements from a one-off to volume production, sizes from 1mm to 300mm diameter. We cover all materials from aluminium to inconel, brass to polycarbonate.
- Painting: We offer painting services to ensure that our clients receive a finished product that meets their specifications.
- Plant List: We have a comprehensive plant list that includes the latest CNC & Inspection machinery, ensuring that we can deliver high-quality products to our clients.
- Quality Control: We ensure our quality control with a comprehensively equipped Inspection Department complimented by a fully calibrated Co-ordinate Measuring Machine. We work closely with our customers' inspection & quality requirements.
