Our Capabilities

At Maylan Engineering, we provide a comprehensive range of CNC turning and milling machines with the capability to manufacture complex components in materials as diverse as mild steels, stainless steels, duplex, super duplex, inconel, titanium, cast iron, and plastics. Our production volumes range from samples to thousands. Our CNC lathes have "C" and "Y" axis, twin turrets, and sub-spindles. Our CNC milling machines have up to 30 tool auto exchangers, and a machining envelope between 510 x 550 x 450 mm and 1300 x 610 x 640mm, delivering maximum spindle speeds of 12,000 rpm. They also have 4th axis capability.

Our Products

Maylan Engineering also manufactures its own product, the Maylan Pallet Master, which is designed to improve LEAN machining capability by converting a standard Vertical Machining Centre into a twin pallet unit. The Maylan Pallet Master is designed to be easily retrofitted onto existing single pallet VMC's or specified along with brand new machines. The unit essentially consists of two carriage-mounted auxiliary pallets that slide horizontally on a floor-mounted frame and a pallet receiver that is bolted securely to the bed of the machine.
